Please read closely before booking.


  • For one day trips, a $30 deposit (or full payment) is due within two weeks of making your reservation.  Repine Travel reserves the right to request payment in full by credit card or cash if trip is booked last minute.
  • For multi day tours, a $30 deposit PER DAY OF TOUR is due within two weeks of making your reservation.
  • Final payment for all trips is due at least six weeks prior to departure.  If full payment is not received by this time, you will be subject to loss of reservation and deposit.


If you cancel 45 days or more prior to a trip, you receive a full refund minus any non-refundable fees (i.e. theater tickets, pre-paid admissions, etc.)

If you cancel 44 days or less prior to a trip, NO Refund is given unless a replacement is found:

  • If you find a replacement for yourself - just inform us of the name change and the person replacing you can pay you directly (With the exception of cruises and any trips with airfare.)
  • If we have to contact people to find a replacement for you and we are successful, you will receive a refund minus the following for time and processing:
  • $15 for a one day trip or $15 per day for multiple day trips.  If neither yourself, nor Repine Travel, LLC are successful in replacing you on a trip then you are responsible for the full amount of he trip, even if you haven't yet made payment at that point.
  • Cancellation insurance is available for purchase and is highly recommended if you feel there may be a chance you will need to cancel.
  • Cancellation of a cruise goes by Cruise Line cancellation policy.

  • When you make a reservation for one of our tours you are entitled to a seat, please be courteous to our other passengers and offer other single passengers the seat next to you. We always appreciate your cooperation in this matter!
  • Normal pick up locations are Clymer, Ebensburg, Indiana, and Northern Cambria - these as well as other locations, vary by trip and number of passengers for each area.
  • Our 3% discount now applies to all tours over $100 (except cruises) when you pay by cash or check.
  • Most of our East bound trips will originate and conclude in Indiana. This is due to mileage, driver's hours, and where the motor coach companies are located.
  • Due to the overwhelming number of requests, we are only able to reserve seats for those in walkers and wheelchairs - Thank you for understanding!
  • All tours are escorted!
  • Please do not spray perfume, hairspray, or cologne inside the bus as we have many passengers with allergies and/or breathing difficulties
  • Please keep in mind, for the happiness of everyone do not bring alcohol onboard our tours. However, if you charter the entire bus alcohol is permitted
  • Not responsible for typographical errors
  • There is a $35 returned check fee
  • Our Bus Drivers do a great job of keeping us safe and on time, please show your appreciation to them. We recommend $1 - $2 for a day trip and $5 per day on longer tours.
  • Price increases may be necessary depending on rising fuel costs.

  • Many of our tours will be limited to a 38 passenger bus in efforts to keep costs down. Book early so as not to be disappointed.
  • Currently, masks are not required on the bus, we still recommend them, but it will be at your discretion.  If you have a cold, please wear one to be considerate of others.
